1. Site Identity

Protected identity fields are read-only. SiteID, Customer/Ship-To identity, Site Group/Type and existing tank/product identities cannot be changed through normal site maintenance.

User changes require Admin approval before they are commissioned. Admin identities are managed directly and cannot be created, modified or removed through Fuel Control.
